Scoot on Down to 154 Attorney
Wednesday, November 2, 2005, by Joey

Developers and realtors are getting creative with their giveaways in the wake of the much-discussed "slowdown." It's a topic we've delved into before. Free blowout, anyone? Now we have a new entry: the complimentary scooter. Elliman MVP Rob Gross is clearly gunning for hipsters and young Parisian art students for former Development Du Jour 154 Attorney on the Lower East Side. With listings ranging from $870,000 to $1,425,000, this will definitely be the most expensive Vespa you ever buy. Now who wants a Salmon roll?

What time? I need to drink and eat for free while feigning interest in million dollar apartments (and $50K cabanas)!
The team marketing 154 attorney street have to be the most ill-mannered creatures on this planet. They do not reply to calls & have open houses without any signs on their website regarding the location. They have offers on all the apts and like rodents and are taking back -up offers.
If the actual apt is not open to the public for viewing, then how can you market it as an open house? Least they could do is be honest and put a notation that says something like "offers accepted on all the units but accepting multiple offers". Companies like these must be made to pay a heavy fine or better still put out of business for wasting peoples time with their lies and pc balbber.
