The Corona, Queens, house where jazz trumpeter and vocalist Louis Armstrong lived from 1943 until his death, in 1971, will be receiving a facelift in the form of a new visitors center and 80-seat performance space. The addition, set to be completed in 2013, will house the entire Armstrong library. What a wonderful world, indeed. [WSJ]
