Transformers director Michael Bay has listed his Montecito, Calif., house for $6.8M. A chunky, angular contemporary situated around a central pool on a 1.3-acre lot, the digs were featured in California Homes magazine in 2002 and offer four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a double-height atrium with a glass barrel-vaulted ceiling, and tons of skylights. With streamlined interiors and minimalist decor, it's not too far gone from Bay's Miami Beach property, which he renovated extensively after buying it from wrestler-turned-reality star Hulk Hogan. Whatever you do, though, don't call his aesthetic sexy—or else Megan Fox may wail.
