Adam Levine Picks Up Breezy New Beverly Hills Home

New, 6 comments

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has shelled out $4.83M for an easy-going, ranch-style house in a privacy-obsessed enclave of Beverly Hills. It's a newsy tidbit that doesn't come as much of a surprise, as it was reported nearly two months ago that the model-toting rockstar was house hunting. The singer's latest purchase, named Benedict House, is a 6,500-square-foot home with big windows, a languidly long driveway, and room for a recording studio. His other place, in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood, which Architectural Digest fawned over in March, remain unlisted, though the Real Estalker reports that an agent was showing the home in early September. Levine's newest purchase certainly has a dearth of design pizzazz—sometimes blandness sells houses, after all—but check out the pictures from the Los Feliz pad below to see how Levine, described as "cocksure" by Arch Digest, may incorporate his moody, low-slung aesthetic to this ranch abode.
