Listed for $3.495M, the four-bedroom dwelling extends beyond the jewel box frontage to a decidedly less transparent adjoining structure with a pool out back. The wood fire stove in the master bedroom is a nice touch; the hexagonal hot tub in the living room maybe less so, but who's to say that communal indoor space can't be for sweating? As Curbed Hamptons points out, this achromatic human container has been on the market for over a year, but when its asking price is compared to that of other modernist Hamptons homes that aren't selling, it starts to look better and better.
