For more than a decade, Colombian-born international pop superstar Shakira has called this gated Miami Beach mansion her stateside home, but not for much longer. Now that she's taken up with Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué, the multi-platinum artist is spending much of her time in Barcelona, Spain with their young son, and has decided to list this waterfront property for $14.95M. The six-bed, nine-bath mansion was quite the shrewd investment, considering it was purchased back in 2001 for just $3.38M, though Shakira made several upgrades to the house—including adding a 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom wing—that might help justify the asking price. Now measuring 8,400 square feet, the house includes a dock, a swimming pool, and a poolside cabana, all guarded by high walls and an imposing automated gate.
