Fantasy Island Villa is the Conceptual House to Rule Them All

Topping every last wildly unlikely, scifi-esque building proposal out there, this bonkers beach palace—called the Xalima Island House—can officially claim the title of the most outrageous rendering ever to find its way onto the internet. Designed by Spanish architect Martin Ferrero the massive, multi-level compound is cited for "a distant island between a mountain and the sea" and looks to cover the entire incline of a cliff face with sprawling infinity edge pools, multi-level gardens, and terraces that resemble nothing so much as a rosebud-funded mega manse straight out of The Sims.
