Amenities on this uninhabited island, which was once occupied by Vikings, include both craggy and sandy beaches, the ruins of an old stone house, and a resident herd of likely adorable seals. Now, there are some rules involved with buying an island that contains centuries-old archeological sites. Any new buildings will have strict size limits, and the next owner of Holm of Huip will only be permitted to stay there for three months during summer.
