92-year-old Stan Lee, the Marvel Comics legend who brought you superheroes like Spiderman, X-Men and the Hulk, just dropped $4.4M on an one-story contemporary house right above L.A.'s famed Sunset Strip area. The well-maintained, 5,285-square-foot home looks like a comforting upgrade from Lee's last home, a nearby house that he recently listed as a teardown and ultimately sold at a loss. The new pad's vibrant red doors open up to an expansive entry, wide hallways, and formal dining room. In addition to a comfortable four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home also features a professional grade move theater and sauna, as well as a swimming pool, spa, and ample patios outdoors.
