Elle Macpherson's career may have peaked in the 1980s and 1990s when the it-girl struck it big on a record five Sports Illustrated covers, but since then the Australian supermodel and actress hasn't slowed down. Now, "The Body" spends her time hosting reality shows and looks to be settling in London. She sold her massive one-bedroom apartment in New York City for $2.4 million last year and according to the New York Post, this 14,395-square-foot mansion in Aspen is currently listed for $35 million. Curbed Ski has featured the property on North Starwood Drive before in our round-up of the most expensive ski town listings, but now we know the house is owned by Macpherson and her controversial billionaire husband Jeffrey Soffer. The 7-bedroom, 10-bath house sits on a whopping 66 gated acres and features a slew of over-the-top amenities.

The decor is all ski chic in the great room with soaring arched ceilings and a hand-carved mantle made from Italian limestone. There's also a full commercial kitchen, white oak paneling, juice bar (naturally), exercise room, and two elevators. You'll have to watch the video below to get a peak at the indoor pool and hot tub area, but the listing photos show the outdoor living areas complete with granite water features, a reflecting pool and "water wall," (whatever that is) and three car garage.
As far as we can tell, the home has been on and off the market for the past few years without any significant price drops. The culprit? According to public records, an LLC backed by Soffer named Star Mountain 3 purchased the property at the top price of $36.5 million way back in 2007. While not as pricey as billionaire Bill Koch's $100 million Aspen compound, that's a lot of cash to recoup. Joshua Saslove holds the listing.
