Street Artist Shepard Fairey Selling 1920s Mansion in L.A.

Street artist/muralist/philanthropist/Obama "Hope" poster guy Shepard Fairey and family are ready to get rid of their 1929 Mediterranean in the hills of Los Feliz, just south of Griffith Park. Their one-time residence (they no longer live there) has four bedrooms and bathrooms within its roughly 2,500 square feet of space, reports the Wall Street Journal. The place has retained many of its original features, and is dotted with details like "hand applied plaster" and "high arched-beamed ceilings" in the living room, says the listing. There's also an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, and a "hidden creative space" with access to a shared patio.
