Not only are these 3D-printed cityscapes, known as Microscapes, a great little toy for any architecture lover, but they serve as a perfect snapshot of a point in time in the life of a city. Made from aerial scan data at 1:5000 scale, the models are currently available via their creators' Kickstarter, which is already fully funded with just under a month to go.
