Originally built in 1956, the low-slung bungalow features a steel-beam construction with open-plan spaces characterized by walls of glass. Interior and exterior elements have been preserved or otherwise restored, and original details abound, including walnut walls and cabinetry, terrazzo floors, textured wall coverings, and a stained-glass divider in the living room.
