With what would have been Frank Lloyd Wright’s 150th birthday just around the corner, we’ve rounded up three homes that are currently up for sale in the Usonia community in Pleasantville, New York.

Though these homes were not designed by Wright himself, their designs were approved by the architect, who also plotted out where each of them would be built within the 100-acre enclave.

26 Usonia Road

Four bedrooms and two baths make up this 1,930-square-foot passive solar home designed by Kaneji Domoto. Arranged around a massive stone hearth, the midcentury residence combines geometric volumes clad in glass that bring the outdoors in. The largest and priciest of the three, the 2,473-square-foot home perches on a hill and boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an expansive deck and wrap around balcony that take in the verdant views from all directions. Deep roof overhangs create an impressive front entrance and driveway, while stained glass details and Asian-inspired woodwork are clearly inspired by Wright’s architecture. 29 Usonia Road’s listing price is $1.2 million.
