It takes a lot for a tiny house to impress us these days, since every trick in the book seems to have been exhausted already. But this number, the Gypsy Mermaid, truly stopped us in our tracks with its irresistible charm and flair.

The tiny house was built by Ocklawaha, Florida couple Roberta and Rebekah Sofia, who both have design and construction experience—and it shows. The house features special touches throughout, starting from custom reclaimed windows and cladding on the exterior and continuing onto a host of European and bohemian influences inside.

The interior design elevates all the essentials: The kitchen has a pizza oven fireplace, the ceilings show off arched beams, and the staircase to the loft uses a tree branch for a handrail and an assortment of repurposed knobs on storage drawers underneath. This is not to mention the dreamy dining area with a chandelier, scalloped trim, and more. Find out more about this tiny house over on the Gypsy Mermaid website.
