Glamping resorts are just that: luxury hotels that serve up rustic-lite accommodations for those who like the idea of pitching a tent in the great outdoors but would rather have someone else take care of the nitty-gritty.

And that’s not necessarily anything to scoff at, as you’ll see that there are many of these camping-but-not-camping grounds popping up all over the world. One such dude ranch for the comfort-inclined is up for sale, in South West England, of all places, where the benefits of “glamorous camping” can be enjoyed all year long.

Called Loose Reins and offering a distinctly American Western style of lodging (at least from what we can glean from the website), the equestrian resort is set on 13.3 acres and includes three cedar cabins with covered porches, three canvas lodges equipped with viewing decks, horse stables, paddocks, and more.

The appeal of owning such a property lies in its stunning location in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in North Dorset, where views of the lush countryside stretch for miles all around. Numerous bridleways, footpaths, and cycling trails are par for the course. Located in the village of Shillingstone, Loose Reins is listed at £1.25 million, or about $1.7 million.
