One of the most expensive properties for sale on the East End in the Hamptons has been relisted with a $6 million price drop. The oceanfront Sagaponack estate owned by fashion designer Elie Tahari was first listed for nearly $45 million in 2017, and the 1998 home has been available for rent on and off ever since. But even renting comes with a steep price tag; a summer at the Hamptons pad cost one A-lister $1 million.

The home is modestly sized for the Hamptons, measuring 4,500 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on approximately two acres, however, with 250 feet of direct ocean frontage and a wooden walkway to the beach.

Inside, the refurbished 200-year-old barn features an open-concept living room with fireplace, updated kitchen, and roll-up, garage-style doors. These doors lead out to a 60-foot lap pool and access to the beach, and the double-height great room boasts beamed cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and interior design by Tom Flynn.

Upstairs, a master suite features panoramic views of the Atlantic, while a room-sized bathroom includes a six-person pool-like tub. Intrigued? 135 Crestview Lane is on the market now for $39,000,000.
