Floor-to-ceiling glass windows look onto a circular pool

There’s been a plethora of gorgeous homes on the market in Palm Springs lately, from a perfectly preserved Albert Frey house to a glam midcentury with two pools. The latest to cross our desk, however, is this posh five-bedroom, four-bath on .33 acres in the historic tennis club.

Built in 1973 and still owned by the original family, the 4,535-square-foot house recently underwent a two-year renovation that left no major system untouched. Previously hidden period details were restored and made more prominent, like a large stone fireplace and u-shaped panel cutouts in the living room.

A professionally appointed kitchen has been outfitted in a cheery orange with glitzy chandeliers and 70s mirrored walls. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows point to a midcentury modern influence, and the living areas and bedrooms all look out onto a top-notch outdoor space with circular pool.

Love indoor-outdoor living with fun 70s touches? 445 South Monte Vista Drive is on the market now for $3,795,000.
