If you’ve got $4,000 and an insatiable hunger for privacy, have we got the vacation rental for you. Take a 15 minute boat ride off the coast of Belize, and you’ll arrive at Kanu Island, a 2.5 acre strip of land that’s surrounded by crystal blue water and absolutely no other humans except the friends you take along. Want even more private island rentals? Here are eight others you might actually be able to afford.

The island, a new vacation rental property that launched earlier this summer, is home to five 1,000-square-foot villas that are outfitted in classic island style—think rattan furniture, vaulted bamboo ceilings, and outdoor showers. Every villa has a spacious master bedroom and a living area, while a few include a loft for children. The island can hold up to 20 people, which works out to a starting nightly per person rate of around $200.

The dwellings are nestled on one side of the island with a pathway that leads to a thatch-roofed common area, home to a billiards table, dining area, and fresh water pool with a swim-up bar. This being an island, there’s not much in the way of restaurants so the rental also comes with a private chef, who we can only assume will be up for making you unlimited piña coladas, if you so choose.
