Miami is jam-packed with ritzy, sleek real estate, and the latest listing to cross our desk is this five-bedroom, seven-bath waterfront home. Located on Biscayne Bay in the posh neighborhood of Sunrise Harbour, the sprawling home boasts an impressive footprint with over 10,500 square feet.

The home was designed by Miami-based Touzet Studio to take advantage of water views on 104 feet of bay frontage. From the street the home has two imposing stone-clad volumes, but from the bay all you see is a glass-filled stunner with a striking overhanging roof.

Guests arrive through a custom-made pivot front door and the home features walnut built-ins, limestone details on the walls, and an oversized steam shower in the master. Other perks include custom cabinetry, a 200-wine bottle glass room, and a media room. But like many houses in Miami, the main focus is the water, with oversized walls of glass providing panoramic views.

An outdoor pool is powered by solar panels, and you’ll also find an outdoor shower, a cabana bath, and an outdoor kitchen with quartz countertops. Built in 2013, the house at 6815 Sunrise Drive is on the market for the first time for $12,900,000.
