People do need help, especially if they lost their jobs. But for those tenants who are destroying the landlords property and who are harassing their neighbors, the law needs to recognize these issues and be allowed to evict these tenants. My neighbor has a criminal record and has done property damage my and other neighbors cars and property. They need to be Evicted! The governor needs to listen to those landlords, before something tragic happens to myself or my neighbors.
