These look great!
Hoping they stick around in commercial districts post-covid… entirely too much street space is squandered on automobiles in this country.

So………… 400sq ft and a metro card?

Something any good faith liberal or conservative should agree on… if conservatives actually bothered to read Biden’s common sense housing proposals.

Hah! "Cummunism"… sounds like a GG Allin song.

Well I don’t really see how any of this helps Trump… but I suppose we’ll know soon enough.

I would agree with most of that. Oddly, much of the violence I’ve seen has been from white leftists… and some right wing interlopers as well. Strange times.

Well there’s been peaceful protests and there’s been rioting. Generally when people hear the term "riot" they assume the entire thing was pretty destructive from start to finish (i.e. LA in 92.)
The "Yellow Vests" movement in France last year seems a notable analogue (with regards to how we talk about these things.) Most on the left and right in this country called those protests, but there was some rioting, arson and lives lost. at times (as has been the case here in America with the Black Lives Matter protests, which have turned violent at times.)
I would agree that cable news and social media spheres can be manipulative in which stories are elevated, and which are ignored (on both the left and the right.) But Biden and many prominent leaders in the black community have called out the rioting on several occasions as counterproductive, pleading with people to come to their senses.
Then again, what do you expect when every week it seems there’s a new video of police brutality caught on video, and rarely are the cops arrested and prosecuted — unless civil disobedience forces their hand?
The criminal justice system clearly needs major reforms in this country. Personally, I think calls to "defund" or "abolish" the police are misguided. But we absolutely need more accountability for abuse of power, as well as more thorough psychological evaluation and de-escalation training — during the hiring process, and throughout officer’s careers — to weed out racists and meatheads getting away with murder and mayhem in our communities.
It’s certainly not like Trump has called for any kind of reconciliation… seems his administration openly admits their plan is to fan the flames and use the chaos in the streets to their advantage in the coming election. Pretty shameful if you ask me.
